Private mini studio; bedroom, bathroom and breakfast area which is completely separate from the main house in a beautiful bush setting in Lower Hutt. TV with Free View, and Chrome cast We do not have a kitchen or cooking facilities in the suite. It is a bed & breakfast only. There is a microwave for reheating. Plenty of eateries in Lower Hutt, Petone &beyond Parking: Free on-street parking, on quiet, safe road opp. our shared drive - with a street light. Off-street unavailable. 🌈🌈 The space This is your home away from home. We are tucked up on the hills with easy access to the motorway. There is no public transport to our place and the closest train to the city is a 10 minute drive. We highly recommend you have your own car when staying with us. The road up to our place is considered narrow by some so drive carefully. We are not in the hustle and bustle of Hutt CBD and that’s how we like it. If you don’t like native bush, bird song and are not confident navigating a windy road then maybe our place is not for you. The Interislander ferry terminal is a mere 15 km from our place. And we are just off the motorway making it the perfect stop the night before you have to get the ferry to the South Island or if you need a break coming back before a long drive home. Cafes, restaurants, shopping, bush walks and parks are all situated close by. Lower Hutt hospital is only a 10 minute drive. Breakfast provisions are included. Assorted cereals, bread for toasting with preserves and spreads. Greek fruit Yoghurt, fruit, milk, tea and coffee The space A light and bright cosy bedroom with private bathroom, toilet and breakfast area. There is a small fridge, toaster, jug, tea and coffee, glasses, plates and cutlery. There are no cooking facilities so no cooking your own meals. The space is completely separate from our home giving you maximum privacy. Guest access You will have your own key to come and go as you please. There is no access to our kitchen or the rest of our house. Laundry facilities - not available at the property but there are many laundromats down in Lower Hutt which offer washing and drying for a small charge. Other things to note We are in Lower Hutt. This is approx 20 km for Wellington City. Public transport is not the most accessible from our place so I advise that you really need your own transport if you choose to stay with us. We have set check in and check out times which allows for us to prepare for the next guest[s], however these may be flexible - just check with us on booking or departure. The sleepout is separate from our home. Our veggie gardens are situated in front and to the side of your space and our sheds are to the rear of your room. There will be times when we are working in these spaces. For your privacy there are curtains and Venetian blinds... please use these if you are seeking absolute privacy. We also have a busy 9 year old son who will at times be playing outside and being a normal boy!
