The location of the building is central with easy access by car just 2 minutes walk from the city center and across the public beach. Saranda is an ideal place to combine cultural holidays while enjoying the attractive seaside and natural beauty. The town is also conveniently located between Greece and Italy, and therefore it's simple to visit all three countries during the same trip. The town of Saranda is situated on a beautiful bay between the mountains and the Ionian Sea and can be reached by land or by sea. The town is built on an ideal location for day trips to the nearby attractions that vary from archeological sites to stunning beaches. Some of these include the ancient City of Butrint, UNESCO world heritage, (website hidden), (20 minute drive), the ancient town of Finiq (10 minutes drive), the Lekursi Castle built in the 1537 located on the top of a hill overlooking Saranda (8 minutes drive), the 40 Saints Monastery built in the 6th century (8 minutes drive), and the natural deep spring "The Blue Eye" and last but not least, the beautiful islands of Ksamil (20 minute drive). Guest access The shortest way to reach Sarande is by flying to Corfu Airport in Greece. There are frequent ferries every day of the week (20 minutes trip) from Corfu island or alternatively one can drive approximately one hour from the Greek town of Igoumenitsa, passing by Butrint.
