Irma is an artist/designer and the Villa also serves as her art gallery; Luca is a designer. The Villa is on a very quiet street with virtually no traffic and yet only a 5-minute walk from Brunate’s village and the funicular linking you to Como in 7 minutes. If you love walking, running, or cycling, this is the perfect place to start. The space Independent Villa with 2 apartments with a large and sunny terrace and private garden. The ideal place for a quiet and comfortable stay. Private parking in front of the entrance (for 2/3 cars). Guest access Top Floor, sleeps 2. Large and bright Kitchen with balcony overlooking the garden and where it is also possible to eat for 2 people. 1 Bedroom with a double bed or 2 singles, with balcony, small Anticamera. 1 Bathroom with shower. Other things to note We live on the Ground and First Floor and share with guests the entrance, the main stairway and, on the Top Floor, Irma’s Studio.
