The Portovento building is located in the northern part of Cartagena just 10 minutes from the walled city center. Each guest must pay for the access wristband at the time of check-in at the front desk. It costs 20,000 Colombian pesos per person and the payment methods are: debit card and credit card or QR. Cash payments are not accepted. The value per night stipulated is up to 4 guests.
