The gated swimming pool, lanai's or BBQ Gazebo are perfect to lounge around and enjoy. Permit #87/SPR-30(JH) NOTE: For BOOKINGS we are only renting once per every 30 days. Please inquire if the dates you are looking for are available. We do require a minimum stay of five days. We are also available for weddings and events with a maximum of 50 total. Please inquire about event fees. The Estate is located on the North side of Oahu which is country. Old style Plantation homes and tropical foliage make you feel like you are in old Hawaii and give you a taste of Hawaii as it should be. The homes are spread out to give ample space for everyone's privacy and the front yard is perfect for games, activities and roaming children!. The majestic mountains in the back and the ocean in the front of the property frame the property magnificently. The Koolau Plantation offers you comfort, privacy and complete relaxation whether you swim in the pool, lounge on the lanai's or bbq on the lawn. The Estate is Hawaii untouched. The entire property is for guests only. 3 homes with 9 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and pool are strictly for the privacy of paying guests. On site caretakers assist your during your stay. The Bus stop is right outside the property if you want to circle the island on public transportation. Otherwise a rental car is suggested to see all the sites your heart desires!
