My home is in a historic neighborhood that is fast becoming a setting for lawyers and accountants who wish to convert homes into workspaces. We are within walking distance of the business district and many lakes and walking paths in the area. None of the rooms share walls with another unit's bedroom or living room. However, neighborly kindness is always important and appreciated. Guest access Parking is in the back of the house in the mulched area. Please be mindful that no vehicles are permitted to park in the front of the house or on the easements next to sidewalks. The City will issue violations. Your entrance is up the only exterior two-story staircase on the property. Other things to note This is a historic home. Please be careful when walking around the outside and up the staircase. The paved walkways are cracked, and there are wooden steps.
