Rental of small Villa "La Maredda" in Porticcio with terrace offering a beautiful view of the bay of Ajaccio and beach access 250 m away (8 min walk)! Having a vehicle on site, we can make it available to you in addition, especially if you come by plane. For a week or more, check-in and check-out days are flexible depending on current bookings. 40 m², capacity of 4 (5 or 6 people on request depending on context), located in a quiet residence "Hameau du Soleil". The space On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen overlooking the terrace with sea view, a separate shower room and toilet. Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom with new double bedding and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The living room is also equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed. All comforts: refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, stereo, small appliances and everything you need for cooking. The terrace with garden is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, electric barbecue, parasols, etc... Beach equipment (parasols, seats, masks and snorkels, etc.) available in the laundry room located under the terrace. We are 1.5 km from the center of the seaside resort of Porticcio, opposite the hotel Le Maquis. Please note that the rental is well equipped and a kit of mattress and pillow protectors is provided upon arrival, however sheets and linens are not provided. Possibility to rent sheets and linens from the Concierge who will welcome you (rates on request). The concierge can welcome you at any time to adapt to your travel constraints (allow an additional cost of €20 if you arrive after 9 p.m.).
