This is the annex of a Venetian villa, restored and expanded in 2014 with a mix of tradition and modernity that allows you to have a unique reality. The villa, listed in the prestigious élite of Venetian villas, and the annex are located on the Moraine hills a few kilometres from Lake Garda and the city of Verona. They are immersed in a park with old trees that complement and enrich the outline of an unforgettable day. The space The annex having been renovated in 2014 offers all the last generation comforts. A modern kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, american coffee and espresso machines. In the living room there is a large dining table that seats up to 12 people, a design chimney and a 52 " television with Sky. There is also a second living room with sofa bed and second TV. At the entrance of the ground floor there is a perfect desk for working and also a small bathroom with washing machine. The bedrooms are both very spacious, with large windows that overlook the garden and the bathrooms are en-suite, equipped with large and comfortable showers. Guest access Guests can access the entire annex, the garden with the pool and the park. Other things to note Rised in a dominant position in the country, the villa was founded in '700 and soaks its historical value when, during the first war of independence, hosted Vittorio Emanuele of Savoy. The project, winner of the Verona Architects Award in 2015, has provided for the re-use to residential purposes of the outbuildings of the eighteenth century Villa Saccomani.
