Beautiful open plan family barn on a lifestyle block overlooking Mangawhai with rural and sea views. Capturing stunning sunrise and sunsets. We are located 1 hr & 30 min from Auckland. Our home is 7 min from the village, 10 min to the heads shops & roughly 7-10min drive to Te Arai and forestry beaches. It is a lived in home great for families or a few couples with lots of space, perfect for a quiet country getaway. The space Open plan kitchen and living which spills out to the bbq area overlooking amazing rural and sea views. Also a fire pit for warmth on a breezy night or for toasting marshmallows. On the north-west side you can sit in the hot tub with champagne watching the sunset over the surrounding hills. Kitchen is fully kitted out with all appliances and a dishwasher. Large dining room table comfortably seating 8 people. Large walk-in shower with toilet/basin and additional outside toilet. We have cows on the land which will be looked after locally. Guest access Family friendly house with a tree hut, trampoline, rugby goal post on a flat grass area which can also be used for other activities like backyard cricket! Lots of outside carparking space. Optional - daily super yacht cook available by prior arrangement. During your stay A family member will be on-call locally should you need any information or help on the property.
