Luxury 3 bedroom caravan minutes from Camber beach

Beautiful Beachcomber 3 bedroom caravan with beach vibes throughout. Located on a premium part of the Parkdean holiday park, just minutes from the Sandy beach (but not on the beach) Award winning park with excellent facilities entertaining adults and children. Playgrounds, swimming pool and splash park, entertainment & more! Our caravan has a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has a comfy corner sofa which has a pull-out bed making this caravan sleep up to 8 people. The space Facilities on site are now closed until the winter wonderland weekends available in December. There will be ice-skating, Christmas markets, breakfast with Santa and reindeers & much more! There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin. Duvets and pillows are provided with mattress and pillow protectors on. You will need to bring base sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. The lounge area is spacious and homely with a smart TV on the wall and a gas fireplace. There is a door to keep the lounge and kitchen separate from the bedrooms (perfect to separate living and sleeping areas) We have side decking and outdoor furniture. The cushions for the outdoor furniture are under one of the single beds. Guest access We have a key safe for you to check yourself in. The code will be provided to you before you check in. Other things to note There is private parking next to the caravan. Our caravan is located on South Beach Landings, a premium part of the park which has a short cut access to the beach. There is an alley directly behind our caravan. The gate for the alley is not far from our caravan. Walk towards the marshes/back of the park and you will see the gate. The site offers many activities and evening entertainment. Some activities may need to be booked. Passes will need to be purchased from reception to book activities and to access facilities after 5pm. I can provide information on the cost of these.
