Beautiful single-story Oleron fisherman's house located in Domino, municipality of Saint Georges d'Oléron (700 m2 plot) with the character of the old for the outside and a total renovation of the interior in 2018 and 2019. The house touches the ocean (50 meters) with a sandy beach 5 minutes walk away. The space Sleeps 6 (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and two single bunk beds). The house offers a lot of comfort: living room with TV and WIFI, FREEBOX REVOLUTION, open kitchen with oven, induction stove, refrigerator (with small freezer) in the house, 2nd large refrigerator in the shed, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle, bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate toilet. Two new adult bicycles with shopping baskets, two deckchairs, a table, 6 chairs and an outdoor plancha are available. We can also accommodate your baby with a travel cot and mattress, a high chair and a baby bath. Pets are allowed. For the next full summer (between June 28 and August 30, 2025), the house is only rentable by the week from Saturday to Saturday, i.e. a minimum of 7 days of rental.
