Good quality mattress and bed linen. Netflix available on tv in your room. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Small selection of crockery and cutlery. 6 foot fully fenced yard, room for Rv, caravan or boat. Guest access Private access to their self contained studio room, full access to yard. Other things to note We have external security cameras facing footpath and front entrances. Please note, there is a full house upstairs, with the verandah and third bedroom being above the studio room. You may hear some muted walking, but upstairs are usually quiet by 9pm.
