Lovely beach house located on Monte Clérigo Beach, perfect for a family, a couple or a small group of friends. The house is quite sunny and is located on a very quiet street, ideal for those looking for a simple but authentic stay, where the greatest luxury is being able to walk to the beach and not taking more than 5 minutes to get there. The space Casa da Praia is very simple and practical, consisting of two comfortable but not very spacious bedrooms, a good living room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals, a bathroom with shower and a private outdoor area where you can read, have a drink and an outdoor meal or simply relax. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the private outdoor area. Other things to note You will have to travel to Vila de Aljezur, 8 km away, to shop at the local store, supermarket or Municipal Market, to go to the bank or post office. However, you can buy fresh bread every morning, the baker passes by Monte Clérigo beach around 9 a.m., parks his van in the central square, remaining there while he is with customers. If something happens to the house, furniture, appliances or decoration during your stay, make sure I'm the first to know so I can resolve it as soon as possible. We are going through a period of prolonged drought in our region, so the lack of rain/water is already a major problem and could become even more serious in the very near future, so I ask PLEASE SAVE WATER, DO NOT SPEND MORE THAN YOU NEED!
