Amity Saltash

Amity Salt Ash is situated in a prime location in the heart of Amity Point. Close to the Amity jetty, swimming enclosure, general store and the petrol station, café, Amity club and community centre. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms. On this level is the Lounge with TV DVD, dining room and kitchen. There is a main bathroom and a separate toilet. Downstairs has its own external access and is set up as its own studio with another Queen bed, and its own generous size bathroom. The space Both upper bedrooms have fans and lamps. On the upper level is the Lounge with TV DVD, dining room and kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven and a dishwasher. There is a main bathroom with a shower over bath, and a separate toilet. The deck has a BBQ a 6 person outdoor setting, it overlooks Straddie bushland and looks down the street and out on to the bay. Guest access We supply all linen with bookings in a blue bag. If you would like the beds made before your arrival it will be an extra cost. Please advise stuff when you book your chosen property if you would like your beds made. Other things to note Amity Saltash is pet friendly and has a secure deck and a fenced backyard. Pets are also able to use the storage room and laundry. Please bring all food essentials (i.e. salt, pepper, oil, paper towel and plastic bags etc.) as we do not provide these staples due to hygiene. We supply 2 dishwashing tablets per stay and dishing liquid. We supply only one roll of toilet per toilet, and 1 bar of guest soap per vanity. Linen is supplied, sheets and pillowcases for every bed, 1 bath towel for number of beds and one bath mat per bathroom, two tea towels. Please note that beds are not made up, and you will have to do this yourself. Please bring any extras you may need otherwise you will have to buy extra at our local foodworks.
