Fully refurbished in November 2021, La Niña Chole is a charming countryside retreat located on a hillside above the picturesque white village of Cártama, just 20 minutes from Málaga city and the airport. Perfect for families with children, it offers a peaceful and secure setting surrounded by nature. For larger groups, our Boutique Country House Bradomín is available just across the way, and starting spring 2025, our brand-new Country House La Soleá will also be ready to welcome guests. Inside the House La Niña Chole features: • 1 spacious double master bedroom with a private en-suite wet room/shower. • 2 cozy twin bedrooms that share a bright and airy wet room/shower. • A newly renovated open-plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped to meet all your needs. • Thoughtful touches, such as high-quality mattresses, 100% cotton bed linen from Zara Home, and three plush towels per person. Outside Paradise Step outside to discover: • A sparkling saltwater pool offering breathtaking views of the valley. (Depth: 1.4 meters, perfect for safe and leisurely swims.) • A delightful alfresco dining area complete with a BBQ for memorable meals under the stars. • A lush garden bursting with seasonal fruit trees—enjoy the bounty of oranges, lemons, mangoes, and figs. • A small vegetable garden and hens that provide fresh eggs for your breakfast. (With your permission, we’ll ensure the hens are cared for if needed.) Guest access Preparing for Your Stay at La Niña Chole Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide you with all the essential information to make your arrival seamless and stress-free. This includes detailed guides to the house, videos, access instructions, maps, and recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants, and local attractions. We usually welcome our guests personally to show you around the house, explain its key features, and answer any questions you may have. Please note that a vehicle is necessary for your stay. While the town of Cártama is just 1 km away, the road is steep, making driving more convenient. However, local taxis are available and can pick you up directly from the house to take you wherever you need to go. Cártama town has everything to meet your daily needs, including supermarkets, pharmacies, a petrol station, and a variety of bars and restaurants. For leisure, the area offers golf courses, paddle courts, horse riding, and other activities to enhance your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to La Niña Chole! Other things to note Welcome to Our Countryside Retreat Thank you for considering our home for your stay! This house holds a special place in our hearts, and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do. Please take a moment to read the following information to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay: Access and Arrival Our property is located 1 km into the countryside, accessible via a narrow road with some bumps and slopes. While it’s charming during the day, it can be dark at night. We’ll provide you with a video of the access road upon booking, and you’re welcome to cancel if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Check-In: From 14:00 (flexible upon prior agreement) Check-Out: By 10:00 (flexible upon prior agreement) House Guidelines Group Stays This home is cherished by us, and we aim to share it with like-minded guests. While we welcome groups, we only accept those with excellent reviews and may request a refundable deposit upon arrival. Parties or activities that might disturb our neighbors are not permitted. Pool Our pool is 1.40 m deep. For your safety, jumping or diving is not allowed. Water Usage Water is sourced from wells, which makes it perfect for bathing and washing, but we recommend bottled water for drinking. Please be mindful of usage, as water is a precious resource in this area. If the water deposit empties due to open taps, a €300 refill fee will apply. Air Conditioning To help us manage energy costs, kindly switch off air conditioning units when not in use or when leaving the house. Security While Cártama is a safe area, please lock doors and the main gate when leaving the property. Amenities For Families We’re delighted to welcome families with babies. High chairs, portable baths, and cots are available upon request. Linens & Towels Each guest will receive: • 3 towels (including 1 pool towel) • Fresh sheets and covers You’re welcome to use the washing machine for personal items. If towels or sheets are damaged, we’ll inform you of replacement costs. Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi password will be shared upon arrival. House Care Cleaning We kindly ask you to leave the house tidy upon departure. Garbage should be taken to the town’s designated bins. Failure to remove large items or bottles may incur additional fees. Toilets & Showers Please avoid flushing inappropriate items down the toilet. Due to water scarcity, we appreciate reasonable use of the showers. Gardening Our trees are watered automatically, but we’d be grateful if you could water the small plants near the house during your stay. Fire Safety Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited. The BBQ may be used on non-windy days. Damages If something gets damaged, please inform us. We only charge for expensive items. For example, the fireplace door glass costs €250.
