My tiny but unique house is located in Strinilas village up in Pantokratoras mountain of Corfu so secluded and yet just a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of the northern part of Corfu island. It is just a two minute walk from a la Palaia and Oasis Tavernas in the square of the village under the 100 year old Elm Tree and a fifteen minute walk from Katerina s taverna in Petalia village!! A terrific spot to soak up the local atmosphere <3 (negotiate the price for longer stays!) The space My place is unique not because of the place itself but because of the location!! It is actually in the middle of the village which is traditional, picturesque and green! A few meters away guests can buy eggs for their breakfast from Amalia's farm and local wine from Markos, an Englishman, not in New York But in Strinilas, here!! where he chose to make it his home!! They can also chose to go hiking to one of the numerous mountain trails from up to Pantokratoras Mountain to the Ghost village of Perithia. Also nature lovers can collect their own oregano, thyme and cictus insanus herbs on the mountain slopes!
