Stemicar in the Landes

Entire rental of a small upstairs apartment in a Landes-style house, on a large plot in the heart of the forest in a green and relaxing setting two kilometers from the village; where you will find a supermarket closed on Mondays, a tobacco and newspaper shop (bread depot) and several restaurants. A peaceful haven for nature lovers, walking or cycling. We are 22 km from Cap de l'Homy beach (municipality of Lit-et-Mixe.) The space You enter this small apartment directly through a French window that opens onto a terrace where you can have your breakfast in the morning. In the main room, the living area has a TV stand and a TV, two sofa beds, for one person each, and a coffee table. In the open kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils for your stay (a microwave, an electric coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. A family laundry room will be at your disposal for free, it is accessed through the garage. There is no air conditioning but in the living area you have a ceiling fan. In the case of a stay with a baby, you will find a baby bed and a high chair (no extra charge) The house does not accept pets, but exceptionally on a case-by-case basis I can accept small pets; ask me at the time of the first message. Guest access Summer visitors have access to a large part of the garden (in the Landes), they usually call the garden the park! As previously stated, the laundry room is located in a room adjacent to the garage. Summer visitors can access it without any problem (this service is free). In front of the apartment for rent, they have a place to park a car. The entrance to the cottage and the entrance to the house are far away, you can perfectly have no contact with my aunt or me. However, we are at your complete disposal if necessary. Other things to note I provide bedding for free; if you stay two weeks at the end of the first week I will give you a necessary change for your beds. You will also find two towels per person. A dish towel for the dishes, a tablecloth for the garden table and placemats. Of course, you can use your own linen if you wish. For people who stay only one night, I provide only one towel per person.
