***LOCATION*** The apartment is right in the village center. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, shopping, post office or banks. ***SUITABLE*** Good for couples and families (with kids). However, not for people who are dependent on a wheelchair. (Stairs at the entrance) ***ADDITIONAL COSTS*** Since we pay the municipality tourist tax, we additionally charge CHF We do not charge anything for children up to the age of 18. Please put the amount in the cash register by the TV. The space ***PUBLIC TRANSPORT*** You can walk to the valley station of the mountain railways from the apartment. However, if you want, you are welcome to use the local bus. ***CAR*** The rental price also includes a parking space at the apartment. If a second parking space is needed, just let me know so I can organize it ***Cleaning*** We do not live in the community ourselves and therefore have someone who takes care of and cleans the apartment, so that each new guest finds a Tip Top clean apartment. Bed linen and towels are included in the price but you have to put them on yourself. ***Barbecue area to linger*** Since spring, the apartment has had a seating area with a gas grill, windbreak, dining table, chairs and a magnificent view. Guest access ***Entrance | Access*** Next to the apartment entrance there is a key box with the apartment and basement keys. The code for the key box will be communicated in advance. Unfortunately, the apartment is not handed over in person. Everything important about the apartment can be found in a dossier which is located on the "TV dresser" in the living room. ***Basement*** The basement can be shared to store strollers, golf equipment, skis or other items. (Use entrance on the main road). *** Washing | Drying*** Next to the kitchen is a small room where there is a SAMSUNG washer-dryer. It can be used free of charge. Other things to note ***GERMAN*** Since we speak English rather poorly, we only want visitors who speak German, so it is guaranteed that we can really help with any questions. ***Coffee machine*** We have a "Dolce Gusto" coffee maker in the kitchen. Capsules for the machine are available at Volg. *** IMPORTANT INFORMATION *** Please do not send us a request for unavailable time windows.
