Gîte & Pool in the heart of an 18th century estate

Maison Gascony offers you to privatize the west wing of its 18th century estate located in the Gers, between Toulouse and Biarritz (halfway between Auch and Marciac). This 200 m2 space sleeps 6 people very comfortably. You can access it, on the garden side, through an independent entrance. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire vacation rental and its terrace. The swimming pool in the heart of the 10-hectare park, lined with century-old trees in the generous shade, is right next to the cottage. The space The gîte, with an area of 200 m2, is arranged as follows: On the ground floor are the equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. These open directly onto the terrace, the barbecue area (WEBER gas model) and the garden. Upstairs are the bedrooms. The first, with an area of 38 m2, is a double bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) with separate bathroom, separate toilet and sitting area. The second is a suite of 86 m2 composed of two connecting bedrooms (one 160 x 200 cm double bed in the first and two 90 x 200 cm single beds in the second); these two bedrooms share a large bathroom with separate toilet. Each of the bedrooms has a sitting area. Wifi is available in all rooms including the terrace. Guest access The entrance to the Estate is through a majestic driveway lined with rare trees, Zelkovas. At the end of this driveway, a covered parking lot allows vehicles to be parked away from the sun; it is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles (charging package €10/day). Access to your gîte is a stone's throw from the parking lot, through a separate entrance. Other things to note The only spaces shared with our family of 4 on the 10-hectare estate are the parking lot and pool. The thickness of the old walls and the quality of the ecological insulation materials guarantee the gîte a pleasant temperature in summer, without the use of air conditioning. However, for the comfort of our visitors, a Dyson fan is available in the 3rd bedroom which is an attic space. All beds are of luxury hotel quality. Bed linen (made of long Egyptian cotton fibers and natural linen) is provided, as well as bath and pool towels. The end of stay cleaning is provided by us and included in the rate.
