Other things to note Recently, we have been receiving an increasing number of requests for cancellation fee refunds after making a reservation without having previously checked our cancellation policy. Please check the cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation, as we are not able to accommodate any cancellation policy other than the "strict" one we have set (no charge within 48 hours of reservation and up to 14 days prior to the reservation date, 50% charge after 14 days, and 100% charge after 7 days prior to the reservation date). Also, this room is shared with the host except for the guest's private room and bathroom. We will try to be as careful as possible about noise, but we hope you can understand a certain amount of noise from daily life. If you are sensitive to noise, please refrain from using this room.
