The whole is 30 m2. Small living room in the suite with kettle, tea and coffee. Wifi and flat screen. The 2 adjoining bedrooms are air-conditioned. Sitting area with games, foosball table and library on the ground floor. Playground with trampoline, swing, ping pong table. Possibility to use the kitchen for dinner, in agreement with the owner. Guest access The house is easy to access, and is 5 minutes from the A85. Located in Chémery, the accommodation is 500 m from the bakery, supermarket and tobacconist. All other shops are a 10-minute drive.
