Shared house - guests rooms are downstairs and share upstairs lounge and kitchen with owner. Downstairs - 3 double bedrooms with new Queen size beds, desk and wardrobe. Own bathroom/toilets for these bedrooms. You are welcome to relax upstairs on the deck in the summer or around the fire in the winter. Kitchen use by arrangement. The space Private, modern, spacious bedroom with queen bed and central heating. Bedrooms are located on the lower level of a 2 storey house. Fully insulated with double glazed windows. Shared bathroom with shower, bath tube and toilet. Private entrance. Carpark in front on the property. Close to public transport (bus stop in front of the house) Travel time to Wellington city approx 20-25 minutes by car. Guest access Access through the front entrance of the house on arrival and use private entrance thereafter, which is separated from the main living areas, so you can come and go as you please without feeling like you are disturbing anyone. Other things to note Will provide clean towels. Tea and coffee available. The laundry is available on request. We are walking distance to shops, café and bar. Bus stop right out front. 25 minutes drive to Kapiti Coast, Hutt Valley and Wellington City during off peak times. Peak commuter times add 15 minutes to travel time. Beaches, bush walks nearby. We will do everything we can to make your stay comfortable.
