Description

Our wonderful town house is perfectly located for beach holidays, surfing and coastal exploring. Huge kitchen, big lounge with wood burner, five bedrooms and off street parking. Fistral Beach, harbour, Newquay Bay beaches, the coastpath and town are just a short walk away. Cosy, quiet, comfortable! Your host Dom is a surf and ocean sports guide with great knowledge of the local area. We can arrange surfboard, wetsuit, snorkel and SUP hire, and lessons for all levels of experience. The space Our hose is cozy, comfortable, quiet and spacious. It is in a convenient but quiet part of Newquay. The lounge area is great for playing games, socializing, watching movies on the 52" TV or listening to music. There is a recessed area at the rear of the lounge which is ideal for catching up on work without getting too distracted with others relaxing nearby. The kitchen area is spacious with everything you need for creating huge feasts for your family and friends. There is ample seating around the large dining table and the raised bar area at the back is ideal for breakfast, laptopping or relaxing with a glass of something whilst someone else prepares the dinner :) The three bedrooms on the middle floor consist of a superking bedroom with en suite, double bedroom and a bedroom with one bunk bed in. The double and bunk room share a new 'jack n jill' bathroom. A third WC is also located just off the middle floor. The top floor has both a super-king bedroom and a double bedroom. These rooms share a toilet and shower. The top floor is shut off from the rest of the house and feels very peaceful and quiet. The house comfortably sleeps two families or several couples, and with four toilets and three showers there should be no queues in the morning :) I have kept the price of this property firmly in the affordable range for families. I could charge more and fill it full of groups but I'm not interested in that. I live and work in Newquay and believe in offering good value to nice people :) Note: during 2023 and 2024 we mostly let the property outside of Airbnb, hence there is a gap in reviews. Our house is still under the same ownership, and everything is very much the same (apart from some refreshes and general upkeep). Guest access As a guest you and your group will have access to the house in its entirety with the exception of one tiny service room. Parking is at the back of the house. There is a south facing area of decking with outdoor tables and chairs. This leads to the back door. The front door leads to a small front yard. Other things to note . The house has parking for one car off street. For extra cars we recommend buying a week long parking ticket from Newquay Council's website which gives unlimited parking in all Newquay Council car parks during your stay - the closest car park to the house is Atlantic Road just 100m away. From 1st October till 31st May, there is unlimited stay free parking on Crantock Street outside the house. From 1st June till 30th September this parking is free from 6pm till 10am, with one-hour max-stay during the day.
