One bedroom with a 180x200 bed, a walkin closet etc. , 2. bedroom with 2 single beds each 100x200. The livingroom with a huge couchcorner, which can be used as bed for a fifth person. Bathroom and WC are seperate. Washingmachine is in the bathroom. There is a completely furnished kitchen. The apartment is bright, cosy and silent. Breakfast can be served upon agreement. The subway ( underground) S 4 is in a 3 min walking distance. In 20 minutes you reach Marienplat(URL HIDDEN) ( center). To the IMC ( Munich-Fair) you drive only 10 minutes by car. Parkingplace is right in front of the house. There is an internetaccess, all shoppingfacilities ( pharmacy - chemistry) ,baker, banks, flowers, boutiques, drugstore,f ishstore, vegetablestore, drycleaners, plenty supermarkets and good restaurants in short walking distanz. The house has fields and woods nearby that invite you to get fresh air. There is a huge sportstadion, which is host to european competitions and more. There are fitness- and dancingstudios in walking distanz. Our dogs Mary und Josy will be happy to welcome you ... but they live in another part of the house. We are happy to welcome YOU! Guest access The flat has its own entrance and is completely independant. If you don't want to, you have no contact with the dogs.
