The space A spacious 135 sq. m. first-floor apartment located in one of Chania's most popular neighborhoods, Dikastiria. The apartment is reached via a short flight of stairs to the mezzanine, followed by an elevator to the first floor. Upon entering, you will find a central corridor. To the right is the living room, featuring two double sofa beds that can accommodate up to four additional guests, a Smart TV, and access to the front balcony. To the left is the dining area, with a six-seat dining table, a sofa bed suitable for one additional guest, access to the rear balcony, and direct access to the kitchen. The kitchen combines the charm of another era with modern functionality. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven, four-burner stovetop, espresso machine, cookware, and everything needed to prepare your meals. It also provides access to the rear balcony and the property's second bathroom. The second bathroom features a shower, hot water, hand soap, and a washing machine. A second door leads back to the main corridor. Directly opposite the second bathroom is the second bedroom, offering two single beds, air conditioning, a spacious wardrobe suitable even for longer stays, and access to the front balcony. Next to it is the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, a large wardrobe, and direct access to the front balcony. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the main bathroom, equipped with a shower, hot water, and hand soap. Right at the back of the building, you will find our backyard that holds our private parking spot.
