Charming Guest House in Park

Come and have a pleasant stay in our charming guest house (110 m2, 3 bedrooms in a row separated by a curtain) in a very beautiful property with a 2-hectare park, all comforts and very bright, beautifully renovated with taste, waxed concrete, tiles and exposed stones. We will be delighted to host you!! We live in the main house nearby, you have complete freedom (key and gate beep) to come and go as you wish. We have 4 cats and a dog named Fanny. The space Live happily in our charming, comfortable, very bright 110 m2 guest house overlooking a landscaped garden to enjoy meals and sunbathing if the weather permits!! Ground floor: polished concrete floors, spacious entrance, bathroom with shower, separate toilet with hand washbasin, small equipped kitchen, round table that can accommodate 6 people. Large living room with exposed stone, a sofa and 2 armchairs, TV, desk. Upstairs: old floor tiles, 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 140 cm X 200 cm and 1 bed of 160 cm X 200 cm) in a row separated by a curtain, we provide bed linen and towels if necessary. We have 2 single mattresses if there are more of you. We can also lend you a folding baby bed. PETS are accepted - you MUST notify me at the time of booking - if they are clean, well-behaved and well-mannered and if they are not left alone during your stay (they don't get on the sofa, they don't go upstairs, they don't scratch at the door, they don't bark too loudly and often,...) Guest access The house is independent, you can park your vehicle in the courtyard closed by an electric gate. You can enjoy the park which is enclosed, populated with rabbits, birds, conducive to walks, picnics, relaxation for young and old! Other things to note For guests arriving late or on a Sunday evening without dinner provisions, we can provide a packed lunch at a price of €12/person. We provide breakfast if you wish at the price of €10/person, for this you will have the choice between coffee, tea or chocolate, pastries or bread, butter, jam and fruit juice.
