This stunning suite lies in the heart of Bruges’ historic, egg-shaped centre and offers a private terrace with breathtaking views of the city’s iconic towers. Inside you’ll find a luxurious king-size bed, a modern bathroom, fridge, and JURA espresso machine. Designed as a serene retreat, it invites you to unwind and recharge. Limited parking (€15/night) is available nearby, subject to availability and first come, f The space On the first floor of our historic private home in the city centre of Bruges, you'll discover a stunning master bedroom with a private terrace. Constructed in 1898, this building was unused for quite some time until we finally had the opportunity to bring it back to life. Our dream of restoring this unique piece of architecture finally became a reality. Throughout the extensive renovation process, we preserved as many historical elements as possible while updating the house to meet modern standards. The beautifully furnished room features a comfortable king-size box spring bed (180/200 cm) and items from HAY Design, Seletti, Serax, Muuto, and other quality brands. The TV is equipped with Chromecast, which allows you to watch your favourite content through the apps of your choice (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) rather than a generic cable connection. We've also included a Swiss JURA espresso machine that brews delicious coffee from freshly ground beans provided by a local coffee roaster. Additionally, the machine has a hot water function for tea lovers.. Guest access This suite offers a private area that includes a bedroom, bathroom, and terrace. Although the building entrance and stairs leading to the suite are shared, the guests of the master bedroom suite share only the front door with ourselves and our guests in other Airbnb rooms. Other than this shared entrance, the space is entirely separate from all other living areas. Other things to note We've put a lot of effort into renewing and renovating our home, and we kindly request that you take care of the Master Bedroom Suite as if it were your own during your stay. Please note that this historic building does not have an elevator and can only be accessed via stairs - a total of thirty-four steps. We improved the acoustic isolation between all rooms during the renovation process, but as with any historic building, there were limitations. These are due to the construction techniques used in 1898 and the need to preserve valuable historical elements.
