In "Villa Lorena" I spent my amazing adolescence and (after restoration) I saw my three childrens grow up ,especially in the summer , in complete serenity away from dangers and in the wonderful unspoiled nature. The space Independent villa ( IMPORTANT: not rent to minors under 30) completely renovated, 1000 m of private forest in the Apennines on the border between Marche and Tuscany. The villa consists of 3 floors: ground floor with: 2 entrances, large closet closet with washing machine, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room with TV; first floor: bathroom double bedroom with TV, living room with TV, table with chairs and a large terrace; second floor: 3 double bedrooms all equipped with TV and a bathroom. There is a toddler bed 0/2 years old stocked with everything. In addition a sofa bed for 1 and a large sofa where you sleep comfortably in 2 . One of these top-floor bedrooms opens to the rooftop terrace for a breathtaking view and yoga. The wood has a separate cost for the consumption of the fireplace: € 5 per package. In the country located 1 km from the residence you can find: an automatic fuel supplier, a very well-stocked hardware store, a bank with ATM service, the Post Office, municipal offices, meeting place to play Bocce, tennis court on free municipal cement, pharmacy, two supermarkets, 2 butcher shops, 1 oven with sweetness, tobacco shop and 2 typical restaurants (one of which is affiliated with me and offers 10% of Sc.); in addition there is a church and a square where in summer there are several parties. The village is connected to Rimini by a Pullman service. From the villa you can reach in a few minutes San Leo, a village rich in history and tradition, with its very famous Castello del Cagliostro, about 50 km from the villa is located Urbino, another historic center very famous for its works of art including the Doge's Palace, Galleria Nazionale del Marche, Oratorio di San Giovanni Battista, Casa Natale di Raffaello, Duomo, etc. Two other villages to visit, 15 minutes from the villa are Pian Di Meleto, which is famous for the church of San Biagio. Inside there are two Gothic Tombal slabs and a 1500 fresco depicting the Madonna with the Child and Sassocorvaro, and just over an hour and a half away you can visit Ravenna , a historic Roman city with its precious mosaics. Just over 2 hours away you can visit Florence : city of art. Just over 2 hours away you can visit our incredible and unique city on the water: Venice. The uniqueness of this residence is the oasis of peace and quiet in the middle of a forest in a villa with all the comforts; in addition, privacy is the motto. Guest access "Villa Lorena" with park and wood is our property and it's only avaiable to our Guest . It's the undisputed kingdom of squirrels, fawns and many birds including owls that raise their puppies on our terrace.
