Mountain villa near Rimini, San Marino, San Leo

In "Villa Lorena" I spent my amazing adolescence and (after restoration) I saw my three childrens grow up ,especially in the summer , in complete serenity away from dangers and in the wonderful unspoiled nature. The space Independent villa ( IMPORTANT: not rent to minors under 30) completely renovated, 1000 m of private forest in the Apennines on the border between Marche and Tuscany. The villa consists of 3 floors: ground floor with: 2 entrances, large storage closet with washing machine, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and small living room with TV; first floor: bathroom, double bedroom with TV, living room with TV, a table with chairs and a large terrace; second floor: 3 double bedrooms, all with TVs, and a bathroom. There is a crib for children 0-2 years old, equipped with everything. There is also a sofa bed for 1 person and a large sofa where 2 people can sleep comfortably. From one of these bedrooms on the top floor, you can access the terrace on the rooftop to admire a breathtaking view and practice yoga. There is a separate charge for wood for the fireplace: €5 per bundle. In the village located 1 km from the residence, you can find: an automatic gas station, a well-stocked hardware store, a bank with an ATM, the post office, municipal offices, a bocce court, a free municipal hard-surface tennis court, a pharmacy, two supermarkets, 2 butcher shops, 1 bakery with pastries, a tobacconist, and 2 typical restaurants (one of which has an agreement with me and offers a 10% discount). There is also a church and a square where various festivals are held in the summer. The town is connected to Rimini by a bus service. From the villa, you can reach San Leo in just a few minutes. This is a village rich in history and tradition, with its famous Cagliostro Castle. About 50 km from the villa is Urbino, another historic center that is very famous for its works of art, including the Ducal Palace, the National Gallery of the Marche, the Oratory of San Giovanni Battista, the birthplace of Raphael, the Cathedral, etc. Two other villages to visit 15 minutes from the villa are Pian Di Meleto famous for the church of S. Biagio, inside there are two Gothic tomb slabs and a fresco of the 1500s depicting the Madonna with the Child and Saints , the Museum of Peasant Civilization and Sassocorvaro, just over an hour and a half away you can visit Ravenna , a historic Roman city with its precious mosaics. In just over 2 hours, you can visit Florence: a city of art. In just over 2 hours, you can visit our incredible and unique city on the water: Venice. The unique feature of this residence is that it is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the middle of a forest, in a villa with all the comforts. Moreover, privacy is its motto. Guest access "Villa Lorena" with park and wood is our property and it's only avaiable to our Guest . It's the undisputed kingdom of squirrels, fawns and many birds including owls that raise their puppies on our terrace.
