Countryside room (2 levels), pool, with breakfast

The Céladon room, of great charm, is on 2 levels, with a view of the large garden, the catalpa and the setting sun. The ground floor is whitewashed with red ocher matched with the orange Oc slab tiling. It is equipped with a 140 cm bed. The first floor, with an east-west view, a very beautiful arched structure in oak and poplar, coated with white lime, has 2 single beds. The floor is oiled. Gourmet and hearty breakfasts included. Bathroom with bathtub and WC. The space True quality hotel service (bed and bathroom linen included), this room on the edge of the forest is labeled by Clé Vacances and classified 3 keys, with breakfasts included. It has its own bathroom with WC, is available from from 5 p.m. and can be released before 11 a.m. Its access is independent, this bed and breakfast being located in an outbuilding. Restored respecting its rural architectural character and using natural or organic materials, free of allergens. Due to its method and its construction material, the building benefits from a very appreciable soft natural air conditioning. Its atmosphere promotes relaxation and well-being, as does the ambient calm and the quality of the bedding. The breakfasts are mostly organic with a choice of 4 homemade jams, homemade bread and brioche, a large selection of teas, acacia and chestnut honeys, unsalted or semi-salted butters, apple or orange juice...... The table d'hôtes, mostly organic, with local, seasonal and solidarity products (Cocagne network), is offered 2 evenings a week in the form of a large convivial table offering cuisine simmered with solar power or on an outdoor stove (on reservation at 48 hours and under subject to a sufficient number of participants) Guest access A living room (dining room and lounge area) common to the 2 bedrooms, with a small side kitchen is also at your disposal. In addition, each room has a courtesy tray with an assortment of teas, infusions and instant coffee. Travelers have access to the swimming pool, shared with the owners and the rural gîte. Large swimming pool of 16m by 5m, the pool has 3 parts (not separated): - a small bath, with an access ramp for people with reduced mobility, with a staircase including a balneo area (4 massage nozzles). The small bath part (about 5m x5m) has a depth of about 60 cm. - an intermediate part (of the same surface) with a gradual slope from 60 cm to 1.50 m, - a part (5m x 6m) at 1.50m deep. These last 2 parts are equipped with handrails submerged about ten centimeters below the water line. They are useful for people with little or no lower limb mobility, but can also be used for aquagym (sheet on request) It is a salt pool, well exposed and which heats up quickly. It is common to the 2 accommodations. It is open from mid-June to mid-September at least (and depending on the evolution of the climate....) It is strictly reserved for the sole occupants of the 2 accommodations (no guests) and to the owner (when she has time, ie rarely! and most often it is to clean the water line :-) ) A 5-seater spa is available by reservation (price from 30 to 60€ depending on the number of people) During your stay I'm always ready to tell the story of this place (bought by my great-great-grandfather in 1878) and its restoration, give my recipes for lime paints, and my little tips for respectful renovation, or to share my passion for the environment, plants, cuisine from all countries ...... not to mention my job as a ceramist.
