A nice place for a vacation or a long weekend break. Carefully decorated. Very comfortable. Renovation in early 2024, with floor repairs, painting, etc. The space A small house that has everything: a sober and elegant decor, a functional layout, amenities like a large TV, oven... ideally located 2 minutes from the beach and at the bottom of the garden. This small accommodation is a place perfectly suited to lovers (or 2 friends) wishing to visit the island all day and return to a comfortable and elegant place. It is halfway between Saint Sauveur and Port Joinville, 2 minutes walk to the beach, a quarter of an hour from the port, you will appreciate its location. The refuge is a modern home. It is equipped with great care: large screen TV, leather sofa, Corian and marble bathroom. An intimate decor, a discreet and comfortable decor, white, beige, natural tones. You access it through a garden where our chicken friends stay, (who will feast on your organic waste: they are greedy!) but rest assured, they are safe in their henhouse. It is a common entrance with the house "La Cambusette", also rented to vacationers. We live there for most of the year and are always happy to share our happiness of living in such a place with you. Our 3 accommodations are independent and everyone can share time with their neighbors if they wish or spend a quieter, more solitary stay. You are close to everything, without being in the hustle and bustle of the port. On foot, by bike... it's up to you On the island, everything is done by bike. However, there is a bus stop in front of the house. Both accommodations, the Refuge and the Cambusette can be rented at the same time, for families or groups of friends, without disturbing each other, each in their own home. Remember to ask us early enough, especially if it's during school holidays. Guest access The whole accommodation. It is adjoining our house, but each has its own entrance, garden, etc. Other things to note The refuge room overlooks our personal garden, separated by vegetation. Our little dog can come and ask you for a pet if you settle on the sun loungers located on this side (ideal place in the late afternoon for an aperitif by the small pond).
