Ardennes, beautiful house with incredible panorama!

At an altitude of 325 meters, the nature house really has a unique location. The beautiful wide panorama can also always be admired from the house through the large windows that bathe the living space in light. In the colder months of the year, the cottage is cozily heated by a central wood-burning stove. In spring and summer, the large windows provide a pleasant but not too high indoor temperature. The cottage is completely free in a field road. Ideal for children. The space Nature and surroundings This nature cottage is quietly located outside the built-up area, at the end of a dead-end field road. You walk in three minutes from the driveway along the cows to the forest to descend there towards Ourthe or arboretum with old building and operational new watermill. A little further on, in the village square at about 300 meters, is a nice children's playground. In the village, there is a cozy tavern housed in a renovated Ardennes farmhouse. In Rendeux, two kilometers away, you will find a supermarket, some shops and restaurants (including in the Chateau of Rendeux) and the Moulin de Hamoul (three kilometers). The tourist town of La Roche is 12 kilometers away, the historic Durbuy is 20 kilometers away, and the cozy Marche-en-Famenne is 17 kilometers away. The house is an excellent base for people who crave more simplicity, tranquility, privacy and who love beautiful landscapes and want to rediscover nature. You can go kayaking in the immediate vicinity, take countless nature walks and mountain bike tours, and indulge in the many nice restaurants that the region is rich in. Along the Ourthe, in summer, there is the possibility to swim in the river in various places with protected areas for children. Don't feel like exerting yourself? You can barbecue on the terrace or on the large sunbathing lawn and enjoy the beautiful scenery around you. The children can play outside safely as the entire property is fenced.
