Upstairs in our house, in a quiet and residential area, we offer an attic room, with mobile air conditioning, that can accommodate 1 to 4 people with its private bathroom. Upon arrival, you will probably be greeted by our faithful and kind dogs. You can park your car or store your bikes in our closed courtyard. We are 5 minutes from the beaches, shops and restaurants, bike paths, hiking trails and the charming town of Sète. The space ***The base price of the room includes a double bed (for 2 people maximum). *** We also have two extra single beds in the same room (with surcharge): one of the single beds is placed on its bed frame, the other placed on its carpet. These are real mattresses, very comfortable. ***Some guests want to sleep in separate beds (parent/child, siblings, friends or co-workers...). ***If you are in one of these situations, and so that we can best accommodate you and provide an extra bed, please check an extra person on the booking. ***If you do not opt for the extra person, please do not use the other two beds in the room. *** A baby cot is available if needed. ***Thank you for your understanding. Guest access You will be greeted by our dogs Sia and Wendy who like to get to know our guests. Once they have welcomed you into their "pack", you will be welcome during your comings and goings. It is important to close the gate properly with a key so that they cannot escape, and we have provided a wooden gate in order to isolate them on the grass side, while you enter or exit your vehicle. During your stay We usually work outdoors, so check-in is ideally after 6 p.m. and check-out is until 10 a.m. the next morning. We regularly welcome cyclists and provide a shed where bicycles are protected from the weather and prying eyes in our enclosed courtyard. Other things to note In summer we provide you with air conditioning. Please do not turn it on when you are not in the room, or with the window or door open.
