Artist's home with pool in the heart of Assagao

My place, Robin’s Nest, is a newly constructed two bedroom apartment located in the heart of Assagao. I am opening up my home to fellow travellers and people from all backgrounds are welcome The space The apartment has two bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen stocked with all essentials. The apartment enjoys a double height ceiling & is bathed in plenty of natural light. All rooms have ACs & attached balconies. The balcony with the living room has a small seating space and smoking area. One bedroom has an attached bathroom, whereas the second bathroom is attached to the living room. The living room has a 55" smart HD TV with pre-installed streaming apps like Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video & Hotstar. I have a reliable 150 mbps unlimited Wi-Fi connection. I have a housekeeper who comes in to clean on all days except Sundays, which is her weekly day off. There is no provision for a cook or meals, but guests are welcome to use the kitchen, which is equipped with an induction cooktop, a fridge, microwave, water purifier, kettle, dishes and cutlery. Feel free to use anything you see in the kitchen. My place is located in a gated complex with two apartment blocks and six standalone villas. The complex has a swimming pool for the residents, accessible till 8 pm & there is a security guard at the gate round the clock. There is also ample parking space available for cars & bikes, both within and outside the complex. You will find a supermarket which stocks all essentials and a liquor store just outside the main gate. We are also next door to Vinayak, an iconic restaurant popular for its authentic Goan cuisine, as well as G Shot Cafe, a beautiful, open air coffeeshop. Assagao has plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars which are a short walk or drive away. Additionally, the apartment is a 10-15 minute drive from Anjuna and Vagator beaches and 25 minutes from Morjim, Ashwem & Mandrem. Both Swiggy & Zomato deliver to our doorstep. Guest access This is my home in Goa & not a professionally run serviced apartment, so I do ask that you treat the place as such and keep it clean. Other things to note My place has power backup for essential lights, fans & WiFi. There is no power backup for the ACs. One bedroom has an attached bathroom and the second bathroom is attached to the living room. No shoes in the house. Please take your shoes off at the entrance. There is no lift in the building and you will have to climb one and a half flights of stairs. No smoking indoors, but you can smoke in the balconies. Please ash & stub your cigarettes in the ashtrays provided. The swimming pool is accessible only till 8 pm. Please wear appropriate swimming attire.
