The apartment is close to public transport and various shops, as well as a shopping and entertainment center. Our comfortable apartments have been modernly renovated and the ninth floor windows overlook the park and stadium. The apartment consists of: bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, entrance, loggia and a balcony. The living room has a large sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people, a computer with an armchair and a large TV. From the living room there is an access to a large loggia where a sofa bed is also located. The bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious linen closet. For lovely ladies, there's a comfy dressing table. There is a large TV hanging on the bed against the bed. This room also has its own small balcony with a cozy chair. The apartment has a separate bathroom in the apartment. A spacious kitchen with everything you need (microwave, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge) and TV easily accommodates up to 6 people without losing comfort. In the hallway for your convenience there is a large cabinet for coats and other things. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access for a separate fee, we are ready to organize transfers to and from the stadium.
