On about 45 square meters, it is time to arrive, sit back and relax. You will stay in the heart of Rheinhessen in beautiful Harxheim - a pretty vineyard village at the gates of Mainz. The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. The space Here you can feel comfortable: The apartment consists of a cozily furnished bedroom with a 1.80 bed with high-quality mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped - here we have also accommodated a few basics for you, which often make cooking abroad easier (salt and pepper, vinegar and oil). Coffee for self-brewing is also available (we appreciate a small fee in the coffee fund). The bright, friendly bathroom features a glass shower with a rain shower head and a chic countertop sink. Your wardrobe will fit in a spacious plank cabinet. Smart TV and free WiFi access are also available. The apartment is completed by a living area with armchair and double sofa bed, which can be converted into a bed depending on the booking. Here you can literally enjoy heavenly hours, because through the large glass roof you can look directly into the clouds with a good Rheinhessen wine. Are you coming with a baby? We will gladly provide you with our baby crib including bed linen. We are also happy to provide you with a baby bathtub, high chair, children's toys, etc. - please simply let us know when booking. There is no washing machine in the apartment. Should you still have laundry, we offer you a laundry service (without ironing) by arrangement for a small fee per wash load. Guest access You have your very own separate area with us at the house: Private entrance through the garden gate, private entrance door with spacious separate staircase into the apartment.
