Rumah Kertajaya is a premium homestay with a 'HOME' concept to apply. The house is big and spacious and designed to give as much comfort as it can for you. Only minutes away driving to food area or restaurants, Galaxy Mall and Pakuwon Mall. Airlangga University ( UNAIR) is only about 5 minutes driving, and University of Surabaya (UBAYA) is about 15 minutes drive, Institute Technology Sepuluh November (ITS) is within 5 minutes walking. The space About 33 sqm in size, this Suite Room can accomodates up to 3 guests. The main bed size is 200cm and a sofa bed for spare. A Kitchenette and dining table set, working desk and a cupboard are provided. All rooms are using smart card locking system. Guest access There is an ample space for you to move around in the house. A kitchen and a diningroom for cooking simple food, a cozy sitting room, and an open sitting area by the pool side, are some of the many facilities we provide you to enjoy.
