This is definitely NOT A PARTY house / The apartment is located in Taksim, close to famous Istiklal Street which is very centre of the city with shops, cafes, bars, galleries. It has 2 bedrooms with equipped kitchen. It's minutes away to all public transport. It's on the 7th floor, protecting by digital security system & has a sunny private terrace with beautiful sunset view. Location is very central and popular for tourists but also very good who wants to feel real context of Istanbul life. The neighbourhood has always been significant point for artists, traders, visitors and for everybody in the Roman times and Ottoman times then also at he moment. This beautiful apartment is in the historical building and the restoration of it has been personally done by myself with every little detail in mind such as the bathroom and kitchen ceramic tiles which was hand made by the last Armenian ceramic master Aram in Istanbul. You will see how gorgeous the apartment is and you'll feel my struggle on every inch to give it's life back just like a male penguin take cares of his mates egg. (i can send the pictures how rash place was it when i found) The building is on the street called Omer Hayyam who is an ancient Persian poet. He has quick-witted, anthropocentric poems and philosophically has a very significant role at his time. You will find some stuff about him when you arrive between the books. In my opinion, it's the most Istanbulish and living neighbourhood in the city. I lived in various places but it's the most exciting one indeed.
