Fully equipped private apartment with approximately 55 sqm incl. hot tub, great views in a quiet location and perfect transport links The space A beautiful and freshly renovated, private apartment of 55 m² awaits you, which is equipped to spend a nice time in Saarland. The apartment has a super comfortable 1.80 m large box spring bed, as well as a spacious new bathroom with walk-in shower and its own whirlpool tub. In the living room, you will find a cozy real leather sofa with a chaise longue, a 55-inch high-end Smart TV with Ambilight, as well as a small desk where you can also work in peace, or use as a dining table if necessary. For kids, we have an adventure bunk bed, each with 180 x 120 cm sleeping space. In addition, board games are also available for rainy days. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. This includes a Nespresso coffee machine and a refrigerator with freezer, ceramic stove, kettle, etc. In the house there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer that can be used for a small fee. To fill the spacious refrigerator, there are shopping facilities that can be reached in a few minutes (2-3) on foot. Basic equipment with oil, vinegar and spices, as well as coffee and tea are available free of charge in the apartment. A top bus connection to all corners of the Saarland and excursion tips are available free of charge on top ;-) Guest access My guests have their own entrance with their own apartment door to the apartment. Access is via the common entrance and hallway of the building. I myself live on the ground floor and am on site for the purpose of handing over the keys. If you want to check in yourself or arrive late, this is possible via a key safe. Other things to note Parking is available free of charge on the street. A 3-minute walk away, an inexpensive (€5/day) covered and video-monitored parking garage is also available
