Georgian Style Apartment in heart of City Centre

WALKING DISTANCE TO CITY CENTRE SIGHTS! My city centre 2 bedroom Georgian boutique style apartment is around the corner off O'Connell Street. It has high 12 Ft ceilings and Georgian style large windows. Temple Bar is a 10/15 min walk away, hop on/hop off bus 2 min away, Luas (electric tram) down the road and plenty of busses for tours in O’Connell street. Although it's a very central location, my street is quiet and peaceful on the inside & the outside. The space Based in the City Centre and set in the heart of Georgian Dublin, the apartment is surrounded by a lot of history and architectural beauty that you can observe from the large Georgian style windows from the living room and both bedrooms. This listing hasn’t very recent or regular reviews lately because for most of the year, it’s only available for long term rents. The listings price includes all the bills as well as electricity which can be up to €400 a month during the wintertimes. The Georgian style apartment is only 2 min walk away from O'Connell Street, 5 min walk from hop on/hop off bus and 10 min walk to Temple Bar. Although it's a very central location, it's quiet and peaceful outside so you can really enjoy in comfort a Dublin city centre lifestyle without traffic noise!! The living room has a 49” screen TV with 300 channels and fast wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped and available to use including the washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher. Large modern bathroom with bath and electric power shower. Make sure to switch on the main light while that switch is connected with the water power pressure! Being it an old Georgian building, guests are encouraged to use the power shower only and not the bath while the water pressure of the bath taps is very low. FYI the building where the apartment is located used to be a girls school and my living room was a class room :))) so a lot of history. Guest access There is a washing machine / dryer available. Guests have access to a fully equipped open plan modern style kitchen in the living/dining room. A large bathroom with modern shower and bath and 1 large bedroom. Both bedrooms have new comfortable orthopaedic mattresses with headboards, 4 comfortable pillows, fresh sheets and a duvet and beds will be ready & made for you. The entire apartment has the typical Georgian style high ceilings and large windows making it very bright and airy. I have a set of towels available for each guest to use on request. I have toilet rolls available on arrival. Note: I have cleaning stuff, towels and linen stored away in the plenty of storage cupboards I have at the apartment and would really appreciate if you would not use or touch those. Other things to note The apartment is a short distance from Temple Bar and other social spots for eating and drinking. For overseas visitors make sure you bring a converter while we have a 3pin plug same as in the UK but different for guests from the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Eurozone. We have a different voltage (220watt) from the USA but we have a hairdryer available to use. Trash bins are at the back over the main building where you can dispose your grey bins. Make sure you bring a key otherwise you will be locked out at the back. Please make sure you switch off lights when leaving the apartment and to turn off heaters when checking out please. Please don’t try to open the shower screen in the bathroom while it’s attached onto the wall and it cannot be moved.....
