Apartments Simic are located in a quiet, attractive port at 10 meters from the sea. There are two apartments. Studio apartment 2 and Apartment 4+2. Ap. 2 has terrace in the garden and a separate exit with the stairs to the beach. At 5 meters from the sea there is a large terrace, available for both apartments. It is equipped with deck chairs, tables and chairs, sun umbrellas and outdoor shower. There is also an outdoor barbecue, berth and shared parking at 15 meters from the house. The space Studio apartment 2 has a bathroom, kitchen and a bedroom with a beautifull view of the sea. Can accommodate 2 guests. There is a double bed. Exiting the apartment you will find your self in a garden with plum trees, fig tree and olive trees and other plants and flowers. There is also a little terrace in the garden and an outdoor barbecue which is available for guests to use. There are also stairs, around 20, which lead from the garden directly to the concrete slabs beach. Guests are also welcome to use a large terrace which is shared with other guests. Terrace is located 5 m from the sea. It is equipped with deck chairs, tables and chairs, sun umbrellas and outdoor shower. Guests can also use boat mooring ( berth ). There is a public parking located 20 m from the apartments. Your hosts will stay in the house during your stay.
