Late check out without prior agreement with owner will be subject to $110/hr extra fee. This property is multi-story, with deck, balcony, large windows, stairs, etc. Please carefully supervise all children at all times. To the best of housekeeping's efforts, opened kitchen staples left by previous Travelers are removed to ensure Traveler's health safety. Traveler is solely responsible for any illness or damages caused by using any leftovers. Please take reasonable measures to prevent slips in the bathroom, on staircases, steps, floors, balconies and throughout the premises. Landlord takes no responsibility as to the condition of the beach supplies, or Traveler or occupant or guest's use of them, or any injuries are sustained from the use of them.
