Relax with the whole family at this clean modern riverside cabin, a peaceful place to stay. The space 246 Riverside Clean light open plan cabin leading out onto an enclosed patio, ideal for summer bbqs and evening drinks. Set in stunning scenery in the grounds of Glan Gwna Holiday Park with superb site amenities in the heart of Snowdonia. Towels and bedding are included and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots pans crockery utensils toaster kettle oven etc . Electric is pay as you go. The cabin has an electric meter. There will be credit for your arrival so please pay for what you use and leave a similar credit for departure. Cards can be purchased at the shop/cafe/clubhouse or reception. The Texaco garage 5 mins from the site also stocks them (Bryn Peris, South Rd, Caernarfon LL55 2HP). There are small wall heaters and infrared flat panel heaters in the cabin (please do not touch or cover whilst switched on). The infrared heaters are more energy efficient than the heaters. We don't suggest leaving heating on whilst out for the day as they cabins don't retain heat particularly well, so use only whilst you are in. Fishing (Fly and Coarse) - Glan Gwna boasts its own coarse fishing lake and the river Seiont flows through the park. Anglers can enjoy carp, trout and salmon fishing within the park itself. Glan Gwna offers a second private fishing lake at nearby Pentir, aimed at expert anglers with the opportunity to fish for carp as well as roach, rudd and bream. Daily permits can be purchased in reception, and please note, a rod licence is required. Great central location. Most tourist attractions less than half an hour away... Caernarfon town centre and Castle, Bangor, Dinas Dinille beach just 5miles away, Mount Snowdon, Aber Falls at Abergwyngregen, Conwy Castle, Betwys y coed, Bedgellert and Anglesey.
