The house is on a quiet cul de sac less than a 10 minute walk from the Underground and minutes away from great bus routes. The house is made up of 2 apartments that share a communal entrance but are separate. There is double bedroom with a double bed and a loft room, which makes a cosy relaxing area. The bathroom has a Victorian style tub and shower plus a kitchen with all new modern appliances, sink, cooker and oven. Bedroom - All bed linen is provided. Kitchen - All utensils provided. Bathroom - Towels, Shampoo and Soap. Loft - Sofa. Travel Tube (Underground) and Train: Wood Green Underground Station 10 minute walk or just a few minutes by bus offering direct or one change links via the Victorian line to: Kings Cross (St Pancras International / Eurostar) and Euston - 15 minutes Leicester Sq, Soho, Oxford Circus, Piccadilly and Covent Garden - 20 minutes Heathrow - 70 minutes Wembley Stadium 60 minutes Emirates Stadium (Arsenal FC football ground) - 15 minutes. Buses: Camden Town - 30 minutes Alexandra Palace - 7 minutes or 25 minute walk Stoke Newington and Clissold Park - 35 minutes. Guest access You have access to the entire flat, however, please note I share the entrance hall to your flat on the way through to my flat on the ground floor. This is just the way the house has been divided. I will never enter into your flat but I am here if needed. I just wanted this to be transparent. Other things to note Please refer to guest access for share entrance details. I provide all bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, coffee and tea facilities. The kitchen is fully self contained and includes all you will need, fridge, kettle, toaster, cooker and oven. Launderette facility 5 minute walk away. For longer lets I can arrange cleaning the apartment at an extra fee. Pets may be welcome, but this is at my discretion and must be arranged prior to any booking.
