Old house of 150 m2 with separate enclosed garden in the heart of Dinard in a private passage less than 50 m from the market and 700 m from the beaches (Plage de l'Ecluse/Plage du Prieuré). Refurbished in 2018. The space 2-storey house: - on the ground floor, a living/dining room area with wood stove + large equipped dining kitchen (fridge-freezer/dishwasher/microwave/oven/induction hobs + children's high chair + baby chair). - on the 1st floor, 2 double bedrooms (each with double bed 140) + 1 shower room with toilet and washing machine + 1 separate toilet + 1 children's room with 1 bunk bed of 90 exclusively for children - on the 2nd floor, large bedroom with 2 single beds (cannot be pushed together) + 1 bathroom. Possibility of providing 1 baby bed as well as a baby bath and 1 changing mat. Ideal for 2 couples with children/ the number of adults is 5 maximum. Private enclosed garden of 150 m2 in front of the house (see photos) with barbecue /deckchairs / swing /beach toys. Free street parking or paid parking under the market. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house. Booking for 2 nights minimum or per week (7 days) during school holidays (arrival possible on Friday/Saturday or Sunday). Sheets/towels/dish towels not included. Possibility to come with your own or to rent more on request (€30 per double bed/€15 per single bed). We have installed a security camera and alarm system in the house for periods when it is unoccupied. The system is deactivated at each booking before check-in and reactivated upon checkout. So you don't have to worry about it. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms of the house except one locked room. Other things to note Sheets, bath towels and dish towels are not included. Possibility to rent them in addition upon request. A cleaning lady ensures the transition between each rental to ensure the accommodation is impeccable, but please respect the accommodation and make sure to leave it tidy and clean.
