Multiple cleats for docking your own water craft, as well as private water entry in community for private watercraft launching. Ample sleeping space for 14 people (note: overnight occupancy 14): Master Bedroom (King size bed) includes large walk in closet, flat screen TV, large bath on main level. Two bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom includes (bedroom 2) two double beds sleeps 4. (Bedroom 3) One bunk bed with twin over double , and a Queen sized bed as well sleeping 5 total! Additional Lodging in Apartment studio above garage with separate stair entrance, kitchenette with microwave, sink, and mini fridge. (Sleeps 4) Large flat screen TV, Queen bed, Queen sofa sleeper, and full bath. ONE dog considered (no puppies allowed). No Cats allowed.
