Studio in a wooded park + sauna & hot tub

Independent studio, beautifully renovated, west-facing terrace overlooking the garden, quiet environment. Large enclosed wooded park, with an inhabited 17th-century manor house. INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY: - Linens, towels, bathrobes, dish towels, hand towels, coffee and tea as much as you like... - Breakfasts for 2 people - Access to the sauna, max. 30-minute session, max. 2 adults. Extras to request when you book: - Massage service by appointment The space "West" studio, 30 m2, with terrace, private and independent access in a shared cottage of 180 m2, with large accessible kitchen. Environment, park of 7 hectares with trees and fenced. Just 15 minutes from Rennes and 8 km from the exhibition center. The studio is arranged so as to be independent and self-contained from the other parts of the cottage. The kitchenette has a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes, etc. There are also 2 other studios for rent. Upon request, the west studio can be communicating with the Meridian studio. You can enjoy numerous activities on site: walks around the pond, in the undergrowth, etc. - Massages at extra cost, by appointment only. The pool and hot tub are closed in the winter. Guest access Independent and private access to the studio via an external staircase. You can take a stroll through the park, around the pond. The shared areas are the large communal kitchen, the living room, and access to the wellness area. (When you use the sauna or hot tub, access is reserved for you for a maximum of 1 hour.) Wellness area opening hours: 9 a.m.–9 p.m. Access to the manor house and its surroundings is strictly private and not allowed. The pool and hot tub are shared in summer and are open from May to September. Massage services by appointment. Other things to note The cottage is shared with other guests. The hot tub (uncovered) is located outside by the pool (37.5°C) and is closed in winter. Once you use it, it is private, but located in a shared area during your stay.
