La Provenchère, house with garden in Irancy

This charming 1850 house, nestled in the heart of the Irancy vineyard, has a fully enclosed 2000 m2 landscaped garden, ideal for families with children. You will enjoy the view of the vineyards, walks on the hills or in the alleys of the village, not to mention the visit to the cellars. For family vacations, reunions with friends, and to explore the treasures of northern Burgundy (Auxerre, Vézelay, Chablis, Noyers-sur-Serein...), just 2 hours from Paris. The space What makes this home unique? Its location at the end of the charming village of Irancy, its garden, or rather its gardens, surrounded by stone walls, its small courtyard with south-facing veranda, the terrace and barbecue for summer evenings, the fireplace for winter evenings, the porch for the traditional "group photo" of the holidays... Guest access The entire house is accessible, except for a few cabinets and the garage where we store our personal belongings. Other things to note The village has a bread depot at the Soufflot bar-restaurant. You will find various food shops in the surrounding villages, in particular a small supermarket in Vincelles (3 km).
