We pulled out all the stops to give you a comfortable and proper bed (54x75m double bed) in our studio unit. Our Location is right at the heart of Manila. Grocery shops, Coffee Shops, Restaurants are within the building itself. Laundry Shops are also nearby. A studio condo unit that prides itself for its security and cleanliness. a. We have free wifi and cable TV with basic channels. b. We have hot shower, complimentary towels for two; shampoo, soap, and toothpaste on your first night. c. Pool usage is payable via the Condo Admin Office and Level P5 (floor) at P150 per pax/per use by the guest, and P300 during holidays. d. If you are staying with us for a month or longer, you will be given access to the study area, gym and game room, and the swimming pool.
