The space This great space is fresh and newly renovated. Once you walk through your private entrance area, walk up the stairs to your very own private studio loft. The main living area has lovely tall ceilings to create that sense of light filled ambiance, a super comfortable couch, a large Smart TV, split system for A/C cooling / heating and huge windows to allow you to take in the sea breeze. The other room is a generously sized queen bedroom with a digital TV, ensuite (shower & toilet) and walk in robe. The kitchenette area is brand new and fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, sink and mini fridge. Nothing has been left out in this thoughtfully designed and purposely built upper level studio apartment for two. The loft apartment is separated from the main house, so guests have plenty of privacy. Ideally located walking distance to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, gym, pharmacy, medical centre and the Torquay Sands Golf Course, so you can experience Torquay at its best. Nearby is one of Australia’s best surfing beaches, Bells Beach, home to the annual Rip Curl Pro Surfing Competition. Bells Beach has an impressive cliff-face and the views are magnificent. Torquay also offers popular activities such as nature trail walks, hiking, fishing, sailboarding, surfing and mountain bike riding. Just down the road is Jan Juc, a neighbouring suburb known for its hills and native tea tree. There’s a trail running along the coast between Torquay and Jan Juc for walkers and bike riders that offer excellent views. Leaving Torquay and continuing west, check out the townships of Anglesea and Aireys Inlet which are beautiful. You’ll definitely notice the change in the scenery. For guests looking to explore and adventure, the Great Ocean Road is spectacular, beginning in Torquay and travels 243 kms westward to finish at Allansford near Warrnambool, the largest city along the stretch of road. There are so many places to visit and things to do along the way such as; going on a rainforest walk chasing waterfalls or visiting the world famous Twelve Apostles in the enchanting morning light or you might want to visit the the majestical Bay of Islands. The house has been divided into two private studio apartments. Guests have full access to the Loft Studio Apartment which has reverse living upstairs. Other things to note This beautiful property is equipped with reverse cycle heating/cooling and ceiling fans. Guests also have access to an umbrella that they can use in wet weather conditions.
