Entire house rentals during shopping: Next to the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit / close to the legendary 24 Hours circuit Great location: quiet residential area / quiet place English/Spanish speaker Modern house 110m2 with: - large living room - 1 bedroom: king-size bed (200 x 200 cm) + TV (upstairs) - 1 bedroom: double bed 140 x 190 cm (upstairs) - 1 single-size bed room - 1 bathroom (upstair) bath + shower - terrace 40m2 and pergola - Free coffee (Nespresso), tea - Private swimming pool (unheated) The space Location: The house is a 200-meter walk from free shuttles 4 and 5, which take you to the main entrance of the racetrack or to Arnage. This is a recent family home in a very quiet residential area (except when there are events on the racetrack, of course). It is very pleasant to enjoy the garden and the pergola so you can have breakfast or relax at the end of the day. You can use the barbecue while enjoying an aperitif on the terrace. The sun sets on the terrace side at the end of the day, and it is possible to eat in the shade by unfolding the awning. The pool is not heated, but it is quite possible to swim in it from May/June (weather permitting). Entrance: - A large cabinet is available for you to store your belongings. On the ground floor: - 50 m² (538 sq ft) open-plan living room and kitchen: very bright => The living room: it is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, a sofa, and a coffee table. There is also a large dining table and 6 chairs. => The Kitchen: Open-plan, spacious, modern, and fully equipped kitchen with: - induction plate - microwave - Fridge - Air Fryer - Oven - Small freezer compartment in the fridge French charging ports, including a USB-C port (convenient for charging any type of phone) 1 toilet Bay window overlooking the sun-drenched terrace, palm trees, swimming pool, pergola, and barbecue-style fire pit. The sun sets on the side of the terrace at the end of the day. Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (2 meters by 2 meters) - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140*190) - 1 bedroom with a single bed (depending on the number of guests and your needs, we sometimes lock this bedroom to store our personal belongings) - Bathroom: Shower + Bathtub - toilet Private garden with private pool (unheated) Pergola in front of the pool with garden furniture for evening relaxation. Free private parking for 2 vehicles The house can accommodate 4 to 6 guests Please note: As this is our family home, we leave our belongings there (tidy), and we take care of the housekeeping and cleaning ourselves. Guest access Access is easy and quick. Parking is also easy. The entire place is available (except for the garage and the storage room, which are locked). It is possible to provide access to the garage as needed. (Motorcycle parking is possible; too small to park a vehicle.)
