Entire house rentals during shopping: Next to the famous 24h Le Mans circuit/ close to the legendary circuit of 24h Great location: quiet residential area English and spanish speaker Modern house 110m2 with : - large living room - 1 room with a King Size bed + TV ( upstair ) - 2 rooms with 1 simple bed ( upstair ) - 1 bathroom (upstair) bath + shower - terrace 40m2 and pergola - coffee (Nespresso) and tea for free - private swimming pool ( unheated ) The space The house is a 200-meter walk from free shuttles 4 and 5, which take you to the main entrance of the circuit or to Arnage. This is a recent house in a very quiet subdivision (excluding events on the circuit of course) It is very pleasant to enjoy the garden and the pergola in order to be able to have breakfast or relax at the end of the day The pool is not heated but it is quite possible to swim there from June (if the temperatures are mild) Guest access Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (2 meters by 2 meters) - 1 bedroom with a single bed - 1 other bedroom with a single bed Sleeps in beds: - Sleeps 4 possibility to put the sofa in bed (i.e. sleeps a maximum of 6 in total) Upstairs bathroom with shower and bathtub Kitchen / living room and outdoor terrace on the ground floor (terrace with awning because it faces south) Private garden with private pool (unheated) Pergola for relaxing in the evening private parking for 2 vehicles
