This is a recent family home on a very quiet housing estate (except when there are events at the racetrack, of course). It is a real pleasure to enjoy the garden and the pergola, whether for breakfast or for relaxing at the end of the day. You can use the barbecue while enjoying an aperitif on the terrace. The sun sets on the terrace side at the end of the day, and it is possible to eat in the shade by unfolding the awning. The swimming pool is not heated, but it is perfectly possible to swim in it from May/June (weather permitting). Entrance: - A large cabinet is available for you to store your belongings. On the ground floor: - 50 m² living room and open-plan kitchen: very bright => The living room: It is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, a sofa and a coffee table. Guest access Access is easy and quick. Parking is also made easier. The entire property is available (except for the garage and the storage room, which are locked). It is possible to provide access to the garage as required. (Motorcycle parking is possible; the space is too small to park a car.)
